台東深層海水試驗管工程 The Taitung Deep Sea Water Experimental Pipeline Project

深層海水工程是一項利用海洋深層水資源進行各種工程活動的領域。深層海水指的是海平面以下約 200 公尺至 4000 公尺深度處的水體,這些水體通常具有高度的純凈度和豐富的礦物質和微量元素。

深層海水工程被廣泛應用於各種領域,包括飲用水、海水養殖、生物制藥、能源開發等。其中最常見的應用是飲用水和養殖業。深層海水具有高度的純淨度和富含礦物質的特點,因此被廣泛應用於生產飲用水。同時,深層海水中含有豐富的營養物質和微量元素,非常適合用於海水養殖行業,如海藻、魚類等。

海洋深層水被廣泛應用於醫療領域,其富含豐富的礦物質和微量元素經過適當的處理和消毒後,可用於製備高品質的醫療用水。
Deep sea water is widely applied in the field of healthcare, as it is rich in minerals and trace elements. After proper treatment and disinfection, it can be used to produce high-quality medical-grade water.

在深層海水工程中,採用壓力差之連通管原理將深層海水傳輸至泵房,再利用送水泵將深層海水送到地面,經過處理和利用。這種方法所需要的能源和成本相對較高,因此需要進行充分的評估和規劃。

深層海水工程對於開發海洋資源和解決人類需求有很大的潛力,但同時也需要注意環境和生態問題,以及工程的可持續性。因此,在進行深層海水工程時,必須充分考慮這些問題,採取相應的措施,確保工程能夠長期穩定運行。

我們在 2021 年為經濟部成功完成台東深層海水試驗管工程計畫,單日取水量為 2400 噸,所提供的深層海水已被廣泛應用於台灣的養殖業和飲用水生產,為台灣的深層海水產業的發展做出了重要貢獻。

Deep sea water engineering is a field that utilizes deep sea water resources for various engineering activities. Deep sea water refers to water bodies at depths of approximately 200 meters to 4000 meters below sea level, which typically have high levels of purity and are rich in minerals and trace elements.

Deep sea water engineering is widely applied in various fields, including drinking water, aquaculture, biopharmaceuticals, energy development, and more. The most common applications are in drinking water production and aquaculture. Deep sea water is highly pure and rich in minerals, making it widely used for producing drinking water. Additionally, it contains abundant nutrients and trace elements, making it ideal for aquaculture industries such as seaweed and fish farming.

In deep sea water engineering, the principle of connecting pipes with pressure differences is used to transport deep sea water to the pump room, and then water pumps are used to send the water to the surface for processing and utilization. This method requires relatively high energy and cost, therefore a thorough evaluation and planning are necessary.

Deep sea water engineering has great potential for developing ocean resources and meeting human needs, but attention must also be paid to environmental and ecological issues as well as the sustainability of the engineering projects. Therefore, when carrying out deep sea water engineering, these issues must be fully considered, and corresponding measures must be taken to ensure the long-term stable operation of the projects.

In 2021, we successfully completed the Taitung Deep Sea Water Test Pipe Engineering Project for the Ministry of Economic Affairs. The daily water intake volume reached 2400 tons, and the deep sea water provided has been widely used in Taiwan's aquaculture and drinking water production industries, making an important contribution to the development of Taiwan's deep sea water industry.
